Serving Seniors offers free meal boxes with seven frozen meals for people aged 60 and above. To sign up, call (619) 235-6572 or fill out the application below and bring it to the Ed Brown Center to start receiving meals. Meal box pick-up is available on Wednesdays from 12:00-1:00 PM at the Ed Brown Center, and delivery is offered on Mondays to certain zip codes.
